If you are over in Greytown, make sure you check out Aperitif, run by Elly Ansell (le Maitre) and her husband Paul. After leaving Marsden, Elly studied at the Pacific International Hotel Management School, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism. Elly and Paul met while working at Logan Brown and they relocated to Martinborough. They operated the Pinocchio restaurant in Greytown for nearly a decade before opening the beautiful Aperitif wine bar and shop in 2021. |
