Dottie turns 100

| Happy Birthday to our beloved Dorothy (Dottie) Dyett - former Marsden teacher and wonderful friend to many. Dottie is 100 years old today and celebrated yesterday at a special party and concert in Marsden House. Dottie ate her first meal at Marsden in the Dining room in 1948 as a young teacher just out from England. She wanted to recreate that memory yesterday in the same place. Bless you Dottie. It’s such a privilege for the Marsden Whanau to celebrate with you. Thanks to Peter Morten for the lovely photo. |
